- Non-Transferable – Memberships are assigned to one individual. ID verification required at each booking.
- Booking Restrictions – Only the member may reserve trips under their membership and credit card/ID. Sharing/reselling leads to termination without refund. Member must be present for entirety of each membership booking.
- Expiration – All memberships are valid per calendar year (January 1 – December 31). Unused bookings and discounts do not roll over.
- Refunds – Memberships are non-refundable and non-creditable.
- General Terms – All bookings subject to CCC policies, weather, and captain availability. Discounts apply to charter boats only (not wine cruises, specialty packages, or add-ons).
